Hello!

Everything is still going very smoothly for qualifying for the house in Cedar City.

Today we got a call from our realtor agent for this Rivers Edge house and told us that the buyer finally got the 12 months of statements in! He ordered them when he was supposed to but the bank took a whole week to get the documents to him. This is according to the datestamp on the paperwork he faxed to our agent.

Our agent says everything looks good to her but she is not a banker. Since she didn’t call back today, it looks like I won’t find out what the broker thinks until Mon or Tuesday depending on the upcoming holiday and if they work or not.

Other than that, here’s a funny story about cats enjoying HDTV.

As for Tammy and I, we desperately want to pack and move NOW. Waiting until February to start packing is killing us!

Just got off the phone with a lender and qualified for our new house we put the offer in on. This was a major concern for us and the hurdle is crossed!

Now we will turn our prayers from qualifying for the house to hoping there is no more problems with our current buyer.

Tammy and I are extremely ecstatic! Woohoo!

Our new house closing date is 02/10/06. With a 3 day period for them moving out, we will be moving in on Valentines Day! What an awesome present for my birthday on the 19th of February eh? Also an awesome 3 year anniversary gift for the both of us!

By the way, Happy New Year all! I hope all of your dreams for 2006 materialize too!
