Since Friday, the buyer has not returned any phonecalls by our Realtor. Therefore, the feeling we are getting is the buyer didn’t realize how much it would cost per month.

Since it is a holiday weekend, that could be the cause although we think it is an unlikely reason.

The Realtor did get pre-approval but it doesn’thelp when the buyer is MIA.

Today we showed the house to a lady who is very interested in buying.

The problem was she was shown the house after 5PM today when all the pre-qualifying lenders were gone. Even our Realtor’s backup was away on vacation even though it was extremely rare… he’s still gone..

Tomorrow, her brother is joining her in another walk-thru of the house. From there, we should either hear about the pre-qualify or even sign new papers to begin escrow.

So here we go, round two. DING! Hope this one works better than the last.

Other than that, the kids are busy. We have Brittany active in soccer, dance, and of course, taking care of her horse. For Cole, we went out and bought 6 cheap video games for our Gamecube and he loves it.
